The 4th Generation Tablo streams broadcast TV and 100+ free streaming channels to every compatible screen in your home.
If there are channels you can receive but are not interested in watching, you can remove channels from your lineup in the following way:
- Run a channel scan, the app will list all the local broadcast channels it receives from your TV antenna, as well as the free internet-based channels available.
- Over-the-air channels with adequate signal strength to stream and record will be selected automatically. All available free streaming channels are also selected automatically.
- To remove a channel from your lineup, simply remove the checkmark next to the channels you no longer want.
- When you’re done, hit SAVE & CONTINUE. Deselected channels and their associated programs won’t be displayed in any of your Tablo apps and will automatically remain deselected when you run a fresh channel scan.
If at any time you’d like to add those channels back to your guide, select SETTINGS > CHANNEL LINEUP, re-select the channels you’d like to include, and select SAVE & CONTINUE.
If there’s a channel you expect to receive that isn’t coming in during a channel scan, check out this guide for reasons why and potential solutions.
