The first time you set up your 4th Gen Tablo, you'll be asked to create a brand new account within the Tablo application. This is not an account for TV Guide Data, or Premium Service, the 4th Generation Tablo does require these accounts. Instead, it's a separate, free account purely for registration purposes.
If you forget this Tablo Account password, you can select the FORGOT PASSWORD button on the sign-in screen. Password resets can only be done using the mobile Tablo app on iOS or Android.
Enter your registered email address and select SEND RESET CODE.
Check the inbox of the email address you entered on the screen above. Enter the code from your email and your new password, then select the RESET PASSWORD button.
Once this is done, you will be brought back to the Tablo sign-in screen. Here you can enter your email address and the new password you just created and then select SIGN IN.
