Recording conflicts arise when you try to schedule more recordings in a timeslot than your Tablo has available tuners. A 2-Tuner Tablo can record up to 2 shows at once, and a 4-Tuner Tablo up to 4.

In 4th Gen Tablo apps, there are three indicators of a recording conflict:

An orange Conflict badge.

An orange Rec badge.

An orange line in the Live TV view.

However, the Conflicts screen (LIBRARY >CONFLICTS) aggregates all scheduling conflicts so you can easily view and resolve them.

(NOTE - This screen is not available on Tablo apps for  LG, Samsung, iOS and Android mobile.)

To resolve a conflict, select one of the airings. This will bring up the Conflict Resolver screen, which displays which recordings are currently in conflict.

From here, you can choose the program(s) you no longer wish to record, and select DON'T RECORD EPISODE. This will clear out the conflict, ensuring the other programs will be recorded as scheduled.
