The issues causing “holes” in the Live TV grid or “programming data not available” messages have been fixed for most users.
Some users may still experience errors when attempting to schedule certain airings or series on specific channels. This can occur in two ways:
- You are unable to schedule any airings or series on a given channel.
- You can schedule most shows on a channel, but one or two specific shows will not schedule.
If you’re experiencing either of these issues, please contact Tablo Support and include:
- The channel name
- The show title(s) (if applicable)
- Whether the problem occurs for all shows on the channel or only certain shows
Our team will review the details and work with you to resolve the issue.
