Tablo DUAL HDMI Video Playback Settings

As Tablo DUAL HDMI displays and delivers video in its original MPEG2 broadcast format, there are no video quality settings.

Depending on the broadcast channel and program, video quality will be delivered at 1080i at 30 fps, 720p at 30 fps, 720p at 60 fps, or 480p at 30 fps.

However, Tablo DUAL HDMI does offer screen resolution settings.

By default, the Tablo DUAL HDMI will automatically switch to the best resolution for your television.

However, if you encounter issues with the video coming in from the Tablo via HDMI you can select a specific display mode to use.

Selecting a different resolution than the one that is selected will cause the Tablo to switch to that resolution and will display a message asking if you want to keep the new resolution. If you do not accept the new resolution with in 20 seconds, the Tablo will automatically revert to the previous resolution.
