How To Troubleshoot the Failed To Load Error

Rarely, navigating the Tablo app, you may encounter a Failed to Load error.

The error will usually display:

Failed to load. Item not found.

The requested item was not found.

 

If TRY AGAIN fails, this is because something changed on the broadcaster's end that caused your guide to be out of sync. This should happen rarely and will happen more rarely in the future.

 

To resolve this, try the following:

  1. In your Tablo app go to SETTINGS -> GUIDE. Click UPDATE. After your guide is finished updating, try viewing your show again. If that fails...
  2. In your Tablo app go to SETTINGS -> CHANNEL LINEUP. De-select the channel you were having trouble with and hit SAVE to remove it from your Tablo's lineup.
  3. Next, return to the CHANNEL LINEUP, Select RESCAN, reselect your problem channel again.
