Why Am I Only Seeing Seven Days of Live TV Data on the 4th Generation Tablo App on Roku?

4th Generation Tablo Apps usually don't need any special configuration or subscription service to display a full 14 days of TV guide data within the live TV screen.

However, due to software limitations and lower onboard memory, some compatible Roku smart TVs and streaming devices may only display seven days of data within the Live TV grid.

Roku Devices With 512 MB of RAM or Lower

These devices have lower onboard memory. As such, they may only display seven days of data on the live TV screen. They are the only devices that will display this behavior.

  • Roku 3 (models 4200X and 4230X)
  • Roku Streaming Stick (model 3500X)
  • Roku Express+ (models 3710X, 3910X and 3931X)
  • Roku smart TVs (models 5000X and D000X)

Data for all 14 days will still be available for scheduling and displayed within the shows, movies and sports screens.

Closing out or removing unused apps on low-memory Roku models can improve performance and may enable the app to display a full 14 days of guide data.

Current Roku models beyond those mentioned above which offer more than 512 MB of onboard memory should always display the standard 14 days of TV guide data within the live TV screen.
