If you have a 4th Generation Tablo or a TV Guide Data Service subscription for your legacy Tablo, you will have access to 14 days of TV Guide data.
If you’re missing guide data, one of three things could be happening:
1. Your App Does Not Support a 14-Day Live TV Grid Guide
By default and regardless of TV Guide Service subscription status, some legacy Tablo apps (Android mobile, web app, Windows 10, Apple TV) will only show 24 hours of data within the Live TV Grid guide.
On those platforms, airdates and times for programs beyond the next 24 hours can always be found within the TV Shows, Movies, & Sports screens in your Tablo app. There you can quickly scan through and see shows that, for example, are airing new episodes (TV SHOWS > NEW) or premiering (TV SHOWS > PREMIERING) and add them to your recordings schedule.
The legacy Tablo app for iOS (iPhone/iPad), the Tablo app for Amazon Fire TV, the Tablo app for Android TV and the interface on the Tablo DUAL HDMI or QUAD HDMI will show 14-days in the Live TV Grid by default with an active subscription.
On the legacy Roku app, customers with active TV Guide Data Service subscriptions can enable an enhanced Live TV Grid guide which displays all 14 days of data by turning on the 14-Day Live TV Grid feature found in the Settings screen.
2. You Are Missing TV Guide Data for a Specific Time/Slot Channel
If you’re missing data for a time slot or an entire channel within the Live TV grid screen, this is an issue with our guide data provider. Please let us know by placing a support ticket naming what channel (and if applicable what date and time frame) is missing so we can have this corrected.
3. You Are Missing All TV Guide Data
If you're missing all guide data from the Live TV screen (it's completely blank) and you're using the iPad or Android app, verify that the date and time are set correctly on your tablet. Set your tablet to the correct date, disconnect the Tablo app and then reconnect. This should resolve the problem.
