Let’s connect your Tablo.

1. Plug in your HDTV antenna

Connect an HDTV antenna to your Tablo. Make sure it is positioned near a window away from any obstructions. For more guidance on selecting a location for your HDTV antenna, visit www.tablotv.com/blog/blog-series-is-over-the-air-ota-hdtv-right-for-you

2. Connect a USB Hard Drive

Any USB Hard Drive should work as long as it is USB 2 or USB 3.Tablo can support up to a 8TB drive. Your Tablo uses approximately 2 GB per hour of HD content.

For example, a 500GB drive will record ~250 hours of HD content, depending on the recording quality selected. USB Flash Drives are not supported. For more guidance on selecting a good USB Hard Drive, visit www.tablotv.com/blog/back-away-from-that-flash-drive

Please note that Tablo does not currently support the use of multiple hard drives. 

3. Connect to your home network

Attach an Ethernet cable to your router or connect using Wi-Fi.
