How do I get my Live TV Grid Guide to Show 14 Days of Data?

Your Tablo comes with a free 30-day trial of our TV Guide Data Service subscription that will give you access to 14 days of guide data along with other advanced features including the Prime Time, TV Shows, Sports, and Movies screens.

Without a guide data subscription, your Tablo will only have access to 24 hours of guide data and the additional sections will be greyed out.

If you are not seeing all 14 days of guide information in your Live TV grid, there are a few reasons why this could be:

  • Your 30-Day trial subscription has ended, and you do not have an active TV Guide Data Service subscription

  • This feature has not been enabled within your Tablo app’s SETTINGS screen

  • You are using an app that is limited to showing 24 hours of data in the Live TV Grid (In this case, the remaining 13 days of guide data can be found in the Prime Time, TV Shows, Sports, and Movie sections)

Live TV Grid Capabilities by Tablo App

Keep reading for a breakdown of compatible Tablo apps and the type of Live TV grid available for that app.

Android Mobile, Apple TV, and Web/Windows 10

These Tablo Apps will only show 24 hours of data within the Live TV Grid guide. The remaining 13 days of guide information can be found in the PRIME TIME, TV SHOWS, MOVIES & SPORTS sections of your Tablo app. From there, you can browse airings occurring over the next 14 days and schedule recordings.

Roku (Smart TVs and Streaming Devices)

On Roku, customers with active TV Guide Data Service subscriptions can enable an enhanced Live TV Grid guide which displays all 14 days of data by turning on the '14-Day Live TV Grid (beta)' feature found in the SETTINGS screen. If your streaming TV device is older, or if your network is slower, this could slow down navigation within the Live TV Grid. If you find this is the case, you can easily disable this feature and return to the standard 24-hour view.
