Why Isn't My TV Guide Data Service Subscription Showing Up?

If you have recently purchased a TV Guide Data Service subscription, this will be reflected in your legacy Tablo's SETTINGS screen within 24 hours.

To immediately associate your active TV Guide Data Service with your Tablo, go to SETTINGS > SUBSCRIPTIONS > REFRESH in your Tablo menu.

This will force Tablo to check in with our servers and update the subscription status.





Free TV guide Data Subscription Trial

Tablo’s 30-day free trial period of the TV Guide Data Service subscription is activated as soon as you set the Tablo up and begin using it on your home network. 

You can confirm this by navigating to SETTINGS > SUBSCRIPTION in your Tablo menu. 


Until your trial period expires, (or is near expiration) there’s no need to register for an account and purchase a subscription at https://account.tablotv.com/. 


Once your trial is over, you can choose to use your legacy Tablo without a subscription. However, to enjoy the full Tablo experience, a subscription is recommended.
