Tablo supports streaming your Over-the-Air (OTA) TV to a wide variety of streaming devices.
To facilitate this, both your Tablo and the device on which you are watching must be connected to the internet through the same router.
Most Internet Service Providers (ISPs) provide an all-in-one gateway to access the internet.
If your ISP provided you with an all-in-one gateway that is capable of broadcasting its own Wi-Fi network, but you opted to use your own router instead, you may have a Double NAT network configuration.
In the image above, both the Tablo and Roku have an internet connection. However, the Tablo app installed on the Roku will not be able to connect to the Tablo.
To resolve this, ensure that both the Tablo and streaming device are connected to the same router as in the image below.
