Tablo-Compatible Apps and Devices

Depending on which Tablo model you use, the apps and list of compatible devices may be different.

Before purchasing, please review the compatible devices list for your Tablo model to avoid disappointment.

 

Tablo Apps

Some apps can be downloaded to your device by clicking on the links below from your PC or mobile device. However, you may need to go to the app store on your specific streaming device or smart TV and search for 'TABLO' to find and download the app.

NOTE- Legacy Tablo apps are not compatible with the new 4th generation Tablo models and the new Tablo app experience apps are not compatible with legacy Tablo models.

You can differentiate the correct type of Tablo app for your device model by the app icons.

Tablo apps for 4th Generation Tablo models are light blue and white with a dark blue background. Tablo apps for legacy Tablo models are light blue and orange with white accents.

If you are not able to find the Tablo app on your device, it may not be supported.

  • Smart TVs running an Android TV operating system (multiple manufacturers)
  • Smart TVs running a Google TV operating system (multiple manufacturers)

Mobile devices:

  • iPads & iPhones running iOS 16+
  • Android smartphones and tablets running Android 5.1+

Streaming Devices:

  • Roku
  • Amazon Fire TV 
  • Apple TV (HD & 4K models)
  • Nvidia Shield (Android TV)
  • Chromecast with Google TV (Android TV)

Smart TVs:

  • Roku Smart TVs (multiple manufacturers)
  • Amazon Fire TV Edition Smart TVs (multiple manufacturers)
  • Smart TVs running an Android TV operating system (multiple manufacturers)

Mobile devices and PCs:

  • iPads & iPhones running iOS 12+
  • Android smartphones and tablets running Android 4.4+
  • Windows 10 PCs & MAC computers running the Safari browser
    • Note:  As of version 95.0. the Microsoft Edge browser has made changes that prevent the Tablo web app (http://my.tablotv.com/) from being supported on this browser.

 Devices that are no longer supported for legacy network-connected models:

  • Samsung TIZEN OS smart TVs
  • LG WebOS smart TVs
  • Xbox

 

Compatible Devices for Legacy TV-Connected Tablo Models

NOTE - An active TV Guide Data Service subscription is required to access your TV-connected Tablo on secondary TVs in your home via compatible devices.
