If the iPad app says it cannot connect to Tablo try the following steps:
- Make sure the iPad is connected to the correct wireless network. (On the iPad check Settings > Wi-Fi)
- Try to use the Safari browser on the iPad to connect to my.tablotv.com and see if your Tablo is in the list.
- Perform a reboot of your Tablo by tapping the blue reset button on the back of the unit.
- Use the Edit button (top right corner) to delete the Tablo. Then select ‘Connect to a New Tablo’ and see if your Tablo appears. Do not this do when you are not on the same Wi-Fi network as your Tablo, or you'll lose the ability to use the Tablo Connect feature until you pair your device again on your home network.
